We had new flooring put in and it looks amazing . We have had Blue carpet for over 20 years .. I love my new floors . The Installation team was Great. on time did the work in one day . If you need new floors we highly recommend Give Dusten a call

TLDR: We got a good floor at a good price. Installation team was excellent. The demo team broke furniture.Pre-sales experience was great. Contracts were delivered on time and Justin was easily reachable during that period.We ran into a couple issues after the fact and I've listed them below:1. The timeline we had scheduled didn't work out. We were going to be out of town for several days and wanted to get the demo and installation done during that time since we wouldn't be there and our dogs would be boarded. There were quite a few supplier issues, which can't be entirely blamed on Texas Pride, but more of an FYI for anyone looking to get flooring redone.2. During the dustless demolition (good choice for tile btw), our couch got broken to where the back would fall off if you sat down in it. I raised the issue to them, was rebuffed, and then promised that someone would reach out to help. None of that happened. It was a problem that wasn't too difficult to fix with some wood screws, glue and ingenuity, but not a great experience to have furniture ruined/requiring repair.We were dreading the installation day because I work from home and was going to have to juggle our two very large dogs during that day (because of the scheduling issues) and were initially quoted two days. The installation crew was incredibly efficient, stayed late, were very nice, understanding of our dogs, and knocked out the whole job in one day. I have nothing but great things to say about the crew that was employed for the installation.Thank you for reading my essay.

They cancelled the install the day before and then insisted they were going to keep my down payment indefinitely until whenever they decided they were ready to complete the job. They absolutely would not issue a refund nor commit to any timeframe.I said I didn’t want to sue them but that they were giving me no other choice. Then the guy on the phone told me his protocol for what to do when the customer threatens to sue, because apparently that’s a regular occurrence for these people.Some higher-up immediately called me and said they’d get me on the schedule within the month. The person they sent did an awful job with huge grout lines, filthy cheap baseboards, and various unrepaired damage.Honestly I felt so awful about spending this much for such disappointment that I couldn’t even bring myself to write this review for a long time. It’s hard to admit how much I wasted.
